Movement Screen Technology
Movement Screen Technology is a system used to evaluate movement pattern quality for clients and athletes. The screen is comprised of seven fundamental movement patterns that require a balance of mobility and stability and place the individual in positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable. If unchecked these weaknesses and imbalances can lead to injury so we use the results of the movement screen to help guide our training programmes to create strength or increase mobility where required.
Recovery and Pain Management Protocol
Based on the results of your movement screen assessment, you will be designed a specific corrective exercise protocol. The protocol is designed to reduce pain from muscular imbalances, increase recovery between workouts, and reduce the risk of injury. Jimmy advocates holistic regimens and natural pain relief oil to help aid and assist normal inflammation from workouts. He does not advocate drug remedies. He addresses the root cause of each athlete. Each athlete will be monitored and given a stress management program.
